Request and confirmation

Submitting the form sends a non-binding reservation request and does not hold the dates. Everything is complete on your side; please wait for our reply. We personally confirm availability, the final price and conditions. A stay is agreed only after mutual confirmation of the offer and its conditions.

Price and length of stay

Prices are in CZK for the whole apartment. One reserved parking space, Wi-Fi, bike/ski storage, final cleaning and local fees are included. Dogs and their supplement are agreed individually. A stay shorter than the applicable minimum price basis costs at least that minimum; the adjustment is shown before submission and does not change your departure date. Public holidays and incomplete price information are quoted personally. Autumn bundles apply only to the stated dates, to one apartment and subject to availability.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Deposits, balance due dates, changes, cancellation and refunds are currently agreed individually. We provide the specific conditions in writing before a binding stay is confirmed. This form alone creates no cancellation fee. No payment is collected through the form.

Contact us by email or phone to change a request or resolve a problem. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for alternative dispute resolution: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.

Version

Effective 22 October 2026. Conditions for each stay are agreed in advance. We retain the version accepted with the request as evidence.
